We've invested heavily in our plant and equipment, to deliver the most comprehensive sawing capability in New Zealand.
For cutting aluminium we have:
- A full CNC aluminium plate saw with a capability of 3m wide x 160mm thick:
- Small manual aluminium saws
- For cutting steel we have
- Five band-saws, ranging from a capacity of 1100mm x 800mm down to a small CNC steel saw.
Plant capacity:
- 10 tonnes of gantry capacity
- Up to 4 tonnes of forklift capacity.
We can provide material certificates from the manufacturer or supplier for all our metals.
In addition, our primary German supplier now has a flourishing aerospace division so we can provide highly-specified engineering materials for the aerospace industry.
